Agile delivery
The new data solution is delivered in a phased approach to minimise the risk of wasted development effort in case adjustments need to be made to the architecture. The aim is to provide as quickly as possible a proof of concept of the solution, that can demonstrate requirements are met.

Support
Once the final deliverable is ready and production-ready, we test it end to end in a staging environment while trying to replicate the live environment conditions. After we release to production, we keep working with our clients and monitor the behaviour of the platform closely to ensure everything is working as expected.


Additional enhancements
We know your priority is getting up and running as fast as possible. After go-live, we propose a variety of additional enhancements to the infrastructure around monitoring capabilities (eg: centralised dashboard), model versioning and scalability of the pipeline.
